When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Returns and Refunds
All goods must be returned with 14 days of receiving them.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
The item/s must not be worn, soiled, used, submerged in water.
All product packaging must be in good condition and returned.
Must not be disposable goods such as nappy liners and disposable swim briefs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards; Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days for the product and not postage.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Orders are dispatched on the same day if received before midday and cannot be cancelled once dispatched. However, if we catch the order before it has been packed, we can refund you for the order less admin fee of £1.50. (admin fee - covers our cost of credit card fees and cost of processing your refund.)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
